February Stay Apartment Perth

February Stay in Tay Chambers Perth
We just wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your Tay Chambers apartment last week! We were blessed with some lovely weather and were so comfortable in the apartment. It had all that we could wish for and your addition of an internet modem on Tuesday made things just about perfect for our teenagers!! Thank you also for the gift of wine which was very much appreciated.
The apartment is tastefully decorated and furnished and has all the home comforts that we could wish for. It was ideally placed to explore Perth and to visit John's parents who we were also able to entertain. The view from the apartment is wonderful - especially when the bridge is lit up at night. Becky has got some nice photos of this and we will e-mail them when she has edited them.
Once again, thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely apartment!
Kind regards
Katy and John Harding and family

McDiarmid Park Perth Elton John Concert

Can you tell me much about the McDiarmid Park venue? I see Elton John is playing there July 6. I assume it is some sort of sports park with no roof and that the sides are tiered and the rest of the seating is on flat ground??

Judy Harrower

McDiarmid park is the Home football ground for St Johnstone Football Club. It is a recently built stadium with covered seating with the playing area being uncovered. At the time of the Elton John Concert seats will be placed on the grass.
This is a link to the McDiarmid park website.
Also a link for ticket sales for the Elton John Concert

Hope this information is of help.
